Dan Callahan, EC-Council, Director US Federal & Enterprise Affairs

Dan Callahan is the Director of Public Sector and Enterprise Affairs for EC-Council. He is the primary liaison with Government/Enterprise wide programs and collaborates with other security certification partners, academia, and EC-Council Authorized Training Centers (ATC). Dan focuses on alliance partnerships that can help individuals, industry, and world wide Governments gain a clear career mapping to industry wide accepted credentials; such as formal education, training, and certification.


As the Program Director of Global CyberLympics Organization Committee, Dan's primary role is to ensure and execute the shared vision of the Organization Committee. Dan will interface with media, alliance partnerships, and other associations who wish to support and participate in the Games. Dan has over 15 years experience in the Training and Education Industry working for organizations that focus on Information Technology, Business Management, and Cybersecurity. His experience crosses both Public and Private sectors in various roles including; Business Development/Sales, Sales Management, Channel Management, and Research..

Marc Noble, ISC2, Director of Government Affairs

Mr. Noble is currently the Director of Government Affairs for (ISC)² where he is responsible for advancing the professionalization principles of (ISC)² and increasing the organization’s impact, overall reputation and prestige throughout the U.S. federal, state and local government markets. Prior to his role at (ISC)², Mr. Noble worked as an Information Assurance Engineer for MITRE Corp., and held the offices of Chief Information Security Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission. Over the course of a 30-year government career, Marc also served as Senior Information Security Analyst, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and as a Management and Systems Analyst at the U.S. General Services Administration. He holds received his B.A. History/Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.


Mr. Noble holds the following information security certifications:  CISSP-ISSAP, CGEIT, CISM, and NSA-IAM

Bob Pleban, President/CEO, RPI Group Inc

Bob Pleban is an accomplished senior executive with a distinguished record of achievement and experience providing strategic vision and leadership in all aspects of program management and business development.  He is the President/CEO of RPI Group, Inc. – a position he has held since the company’s inception in 2001. 


Bob is a retired Naval Flight Officer with extensive fleet experience flying P-3 Anti-Submarine and Reconnaissance aircraft.  He formed his leadership skills and operational experience though numerous assignments from the Pacific to Mediterranean theaters.
Bob currently serves on advisory boards at Fredericksburg Christian High School (where he is also the Head Swim Coach), Fredericksburg Military Affairs Council and the Families of the Wounded Fund.


He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communications from Cleveland State University and a Master of Science in Information Systems from American University.

Ned Snow, SecureNinja, President

As President of SecureNinja, Ned has led the company to become a forerunner in accelerated information security training and services to the Federal Government. Ned is responsible for driving SecureNinja's sales, operations, and business development. He brings to this role more than fifteen years’ experience in sales/marketing with an expertise in IT education, targeting prospects using multiple channels with growth and P/L objectives as the primary drivers. Ned has developed a world-class team at SecureNinja, recruiting top talent across every functional area.

 

Under Ned's leadership the company has launched award-winning training curriculum, achieved rapid growth, and built strong partnerships with industry leaders such as EC-Council, HP and VMware.  His tenure has also produced a proprietary course alignment with the recent NIST initiative; The National Initiative For Cybersecurity Education (NICE), mapping Secure Ninja training courses to the NICE Frameworks’ specialty areas/job titles which simplifies the development of an organization’s training and education roadmap.

 

In addition to being industry supporters of the Wounded Warrior Cyber Combat Academy, SecureNinja sponsors “Team SecureNinja”; a bicycle race team, which participates in the “MS BIKE TOUR”, to bring awareness to Multiple Sclerosis.  SecureNinja also supports ISSA Chapter Associations, AFCEA and Federal IT Security Institute (FITSI).
